Three Separate Workshops For Setting Students Up To Succeed
Life can be challenging for young people today, from high expectations of their academic performance to dealing with mental health awareness, self-confidence and self-preservation on a daily basis.
My three workshops are designed specifically to help them deal with:
- Body image,
- Pressures caused by Social media
- Being Bullied
- Anger Issues
The workshops are available to help students who may be struggling with issues such as:
- Goal setting
- Confidence building
- Negative thought patterns
- Limiting beliefs that are holding them back
