Wanting to lose weight, tone up, get in shape and feeling healthy might seem like you have to climb an unassailable mountain sometimes!
But getting healthy and eating a sound, fun and nutritious diet isn’t as hard as you may think.
The first thing to do when you start off on any “get healthy plan” is to forget anything you’ve ever read about diets and the “miracles” they can perform, that’s all utter rubbish and just designed to part you with your hard earned cash and lead you to believe that there’s such a thing as a “magic bullet” that will miraculously give you the body and healthy lifestyle you’ve always wanted.
Diets don’t work!
Or let me put it another way, “diets do work” for the six to eight weeks you’re on them, but at the end of that period once you’ve started to look and feel fab, you run out of instructions!
Eeek! What do I eat now, what’s next, and before you know it, you slip back into your old eating habits, because that’s all you know, and before you know it, you’ve gained back the weight you lost plus another 28 lbs on top! GUARANTEED!
