Being healthy and feeling good about yourself is not something that just happens! Not exercising, eating constant junk food or giving no thought to what you put inside you is a definite recipe for disaster!
It doesn’t take much for us to start feeling bead ourselves, but also by the same token, it doesn’t take much for us to start feeling good about ourselves as well!
Contrary to popular opinion getting in shape and feeling good about yourself doesn’t mean endless hours in the gym, eating salads constantly and living a “Spartan” existence!
Ten minutes of exercise a day of your choice, brisk walking, a short jog, swimming or even simply walking up and down the stairs a couple of times a day is all that’s needed, and as far as food is concerned, we all know what’s “good” or “bad” for us, so it’s about being intelligent and “policing” your own food intake!
