Three Separate Workshops For Setting Students Up To Succeed

(3) A Healthy Mind And Body

Life can be challenging for young people today, from high expectations of their academic performance to dealing with mental health awareness, self-confidence and self-preservation on a daily basis.

My three workshops are designed specifically to help them deal with:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety,
  • Depression,
  • Body image,
  • Self-esteem
  • Pressures caused by Social media
  • Being Bullied
  • Anger Issues

The workshops are available to help students who may be struggling with issues such as:

  • Goal setting
  • Confidence building
  • Negative thought patterns
  • Limiting beliefs that are holding them back

These workshops can be delivered cohort style for the entire school or year group, or carousel-style.to individual classes or year groups the choice is yours.
