Affirmation: My body deserves to be cared for

This is a soulful eating affirmation. Say it out loud

I treat my body like a treasure. It is my prized possession. My body deserves to be taken care of. Since my body drives every activity I do, I give it my full attention.

My body gets me out of bed each morning. It is important that it functions well so I can meet my physical obligations.

I take time to exercise my body, which keeps it from breaking down.

What I put into my mouth determines how well my inner body functions. I avoid giving into cravings for unhealthy foods because they dull my mind and put pressure on my organs.

I follow a balanced eating regimen to ensure I get the necessary nutrients. Soulful Eating ensures my mind is sharp and able to take on the day’s challenges.

 I take good care of my mind by monitoring my thoughts. I watch appropriate programming on television to encourage positive living. I also engage in healthy conversations with friends and co-workers.

I also exercise my mind every chance I get. When I play games or do puzzles, I get a good mental workout.

Today, I am committed to living a good life. I know that it starts by having a healthy body inside and out. My life’s mission is to keep my body as happy and healthy as possible.
